You could skin through the book if it wasn't currently being stored in the cupboard's carrying case right now. It was always really weird to you that your cupboards had carrying cases, and it is a massive inconvenience when you're just trying to move things around. Honestly, and this might be a bit of a hot take, but you are starting to get frustrated with all of this carrying case baloney. As long as you empty it out soon, you'll be free to pick up and move stuff around again from case to case, just like old times. You envy your friends for having such finesse with their respective carrying cases, picking stuff up and putting it down and all that awesome stuff on a dime.
